Chocolate Fondant with mint chocolate chip ice-cream

PERFECTION !!

Looks like a great meal, however I think I would have gone for something along the lines of a tomato and mozzarella tartlet to start, followed by the chateaubriand of course, but then for dessert I would have had the orange baked alaska combined with some complimentary chocolate cake !!
