Pinkberry Hits London
For everyone out there who hasn't yet heard of Pinkberry, you are in for a treat. We have finally got the first Pinkberry in Europe right here in London's Selfridges. Pinkberry has established itself across america as the place to go for a guilt free frozen yogurt and now crossing over the pond to get us all hooked on this tasty treat. It truly is the best frozen yoghurt the best favour in my opinion being the coconut. There are a wide range of exciting toppings including: fresh fruit, granola, oreo cookies, cap'n crunch and many more. I am defiantly addicted to Pinkberry's frozen yogurt and hope that there can be stores all across the UK very soon.
Heres some pictures from my visit to the store:

The Boy who Bakes Chocolate Cake
Edd Kimber winner of the Great British Bake Off 2010, has just brought out his own cook book full of indulgent desserts. I haven't found one thing that I don't want to cook in this book. So as soon as I got home the first thing I decided to cook was his three tiered chocolate cake. The instructions were clear and accurate, and nothing went wrong. Sadly this cake didn't last long as it was so tasty my family finished the whole thing.

Next I will definitely be trying out Edd Kimber's Red Velvet Cake

Cookie Jar
The best present from my sister:
This treat here is a cookie jar which you can buy from http://www.montezumas.co.uk/
In this magical jar are all the ingredients to make the best cookies you will ever eat, its an added bonus that the chocolate is organic and really tastes great. A great gift for friends and family if your stuck on what to get someone.

Ping Pong

Now I'm no longer living in london it has left me craving a certain Dim Sum restaurant called 'Ping Pong'. This really was the best place to go for dinner after work or for lunch with friends. Normally when going to Ping Pong, you typically get about 4 dishes each, 'sticky rice, steamed dumplings, prawn toast and maybe some char sui buns ' but one evening after work i was a ping pong with the bosses from work, all i can say is i had never seen so many towers of dim sum.

Fudge, Fudge, Fudge

I have to admit I am not the biggest fudge fan, after being traumatised by the dry stale fudge that seems to be everywhere these days. So it was to my excitement when I came accross this little homemade fudge shop in Windsor. I bought a slice of the belgian chocolate swirl fudge which didn't dissapoint. Everyone check out their website: http://www.fudgekitchen.co.uk

Guinness Cake

This recipe can be found in Nigella Lawsons cook book 'Feast'. Everyone reading this, if there is a cake you must eat before you die it is this one. I cook this cake for all my family and friends and it truely is the best cake ever. Who would have thought that a Guinness cake would be pure heaven (cream cheese topping is the best).
The ulimate slice of cake :

The Ulitmate Nandos Experience

Firstly i promise this food was not all for me ! One of the best parts of going to nandos is the loyalty card and the reward of a free whole chicken. So here you go everything that you need to get from nandos is in the picture below!

So Make sure you order that free whole chicken Hot, haloumi cheese, Peri peri chips, Perinaise dip and most importantly those Macho peas

Betty Crocker Peanut Butter Brownies

Although i am more than capable of baking brownies from scratch, i couldnt help but get excited when i saw an american peanut butter brownie mix sitting on the shop shelves. There was no question, i had to buy this mix and make them as soon as i got home. I can certainly say i was not dissapointed with the gooey texture and the peanutty chunks throughout. There really is something special about these brownies.
And here they are the brownies fresh out the oven:

Hi to everyone out there who enjoys anything to do with food

So im new to blogging, but all i know is there is one thing that interests me enough to write about. And thats food. My interest in food began like most people's with the baking of cupcakes and brownies. I have to say this has progressed rather a lot and i love to try new foods and look at all the new food trends. I have decided to create this blog to share my experiences with trying new foods, eating out in different restaurants and interesting new recipes.
