I have to admit I am not the biggest fudge fan, after being traumatised by the dry stale fudge that seems to be everywhere these days. So it was to my excitement when I came accross this little homemade fudge shop in Windsor. I bought a slice of the belgian chocolate swirl fudge which didn't dissapoint.
