Edd Kimber winner of the Great British Bake Off 2010, has just brought out his own cook book full of indulgent desserts. I haven't found one thing that I don't want to cook in this book. So as soon as I got home the first thing I decided to cook was his three tiered chocolate cake. The instructions were clear and accurate, and nothing went wrong. Sadly this cake didn't last long as it was so tasty my family finished the whole thing.
Next I will definitely be trying out Edd Kimber's Red Velvet Cake

There are so many things i want to cook from his book ! what do you think your going to make first ?
by the way, in these times of austerity, could you give an idication, do you think, of the cost of the delicious items you are cooking up. I mean, have you seen the price of butter? mwa
